Shipping Policy
Order coffee beans uses Australia Post & Australian Courier companies to ship your order across all of Australia. Shipping costs for orders above seventy australian dollars is free of charge. Orders below seventy dollars (AU) will be payable by the customer at checkout.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Metro NSW/QLD 1-2 Days
Metro VIC/SA/ACT/ – 1-2 Days
Regional QLD/NSW/SA/VIC/ACT – 3-5 Days
WA/NT/TAS – 5- 10 Business Days

All orders must be paid for in full via the payment gateway prior to the order being sent.
Dispatch will usually take place within 48 hrs of order being received.

By placing an order with us you relieve Order Coffee Beans of any liability relating to loss, damages or theft during shipping to your nominated address.
Return & Exchange Policy
Under applicable consumer law, we are not required to give a refund or offer a credit if you change your mind about what you have purchased from us.

We have great quality control systems which allows us to maintain an extremely high quality of coffee every day. All coffee must meet these high standards or it will not be dispatched. Because coffee is a consumable item and with current COVID-19 conditions, we cannot except returns on coffee.
However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at ordercoffeebeans@outlook.com
