The advanced course is for those who want to gain a very high level of commercial skill on making coffee, mainly for commercial purposes but also very nice to have for your home set up.
You will go through
Grinder set up
Calibrating electronic dosage
Calibrating espresso
Learn how to dose by weight
Tasting espresso profiles
Steaming milk
Combining and pouring steamed milk
Make espresso + steam milk at the same time
Pour latte art
Make all cafe beverages
Duration: approx 3 hrs
Machine & grinder cleaning
Barista Certificate included
This course can be customised for either commercial volume production 
Or 
Producing latte art in which we will focus all our time on four to five core latte art designs.
