Roasted coffee, which is extracted as espresso contains more than three thousand organic compounds, these include flavonoids, organic compounds, tannins and also antioxidants that fight off free radicals.


Caffeine - is the main stimulant

One main ingredient is a compound named Caffeine. This particular biochemical is the main stimulant which triggers a cascade of biochemical changes in both the human body, functions and also on the mind.
